The foundation of the present scenario was laid back in early seventees. Mr. Ram Niwas Agarwal & Mr. Suresh Kumar Bharpilania jointly set up Heat treatment Plants to comply with the needs of the heavy & light Engineering Industry in West Bengal. Marotia Steel & Alloys (P) Ltd. was started in nintees to deal in Forging Products mainly comprising of Alloy Steels & to supply the material all over India Mr. Vijay Kumar Goyal, Mr. Rajesh Agarwal & Mr. Sachin Bharpilania did joined in as new aspirants to take the company further.

At present Marotia Steel & Alloys (P) Ltd. is a full grown up Forging Unit with its factory situated at Bhadreswar, Hoogly . We also have our sister Concerns at Bangalore & Ludhiana.
